GTNP shares info on where dogs are allowed in the national park
This week, Grand Teton National Park wants to remind visitors about where they and their four-legged friend can go in the winter. Please Here are the general rules
Teton Park Road (TPR) closes to vehicle traffic in the winter and is groomed for various winter activities. Park visitors can take the snowshoe/walking lane and walk this road with pets, but they must be leashed at all times.
Moose-Wilson Road (MWR) is closed to vehicle traffic in the winter but not groomed. Same etiquette from TPR applies here.
Anywhere a vehicle can drive and no more than 30 feet from a road.
