Trail Creek Nordic

Grooming Daily
All Caught Up!
Today at Trail Creek you’ll find nothing but miles and miles of great Nordic skiing! The most recent storm has been tilled under with firming skate lanes and crisp classic tracks. Today’s grooming included double Pisten Bully passes with new classic tracks in all the fields and National Forest trails. The close field even received double classic tracks. While the non-NF woods received only skate grooming, yesterday’s classic tracks are still mostly nice.
One of our most cherished (and lowest impact) residents at Trail Creek is the small but indomitable weasel. For those of you who are weasel fans it is worth noting that the show Nature on PBS is featuring this mighty mustelid tomorrow (Wednesday) night at 7:00 on most local PBS stations. Should be a good show.
As of noon today at Trail Creek there is a very thin overcast, calm winds, and a cool temperature of -12ºC/10ºF. Wherever you ski today you should find nice conditions
