Description:

Explore Rendezvous Park (R Park) safely via the new bike/pedestrian bridge, connecting West-Bank’s Stilson, Centennial, and South-west Snake dike trails to the east-bank Emily’s Pond dike trail. This covers the connector section from Stilson under Hwy 390 (Moose-Wilson Road) to Emily’s Pond and back. Panoramic views from the bridge offer an extended, dog-friendly ski. Variations on both sides of the Snake add to the fun.

Skiing Experience: When groomed and weather permits, enjoy a pleasant skiing experience. The bridge may require ski removal if not groomed.

Winter Grooming: The connector trail is groomed by the Teton Co/Jackson Parks and Rec Grooming team, weather permitting. Other non-groomed trails in Rendezvous Park (R Park) are also available.

Note: Snow on the bridge deck may not allow grooming. If so, skiers may need to remove skis to cross the 700-ft-long bridge.

Nordic Skiers: The connector trail offers a groomed surface for Nordic skiing, linking various trails on both sides of the Snake River.

Fat Bikers: Enjoy a smooth and scenic ride, especially when groomed.

Dog Owners: Dog-friendly trail. Follow leash regulations for an extended ski with your furry companion.

Summer Hikers: A paved trail is suitable for summer hikes. Explore Rendezvous Park (R Park) and the bridge with family and friends.

Directions:

Start at Stilson parking. The trail passes through a tunnel under Hwy 390, possibly requiring ski removal. Connect to Stilson Loop, Centennial Trail, South-West Dike, and Emily’s Pond. Return via the same route.
