Trail Creek

Busy Day!
Everyone except for Wilson Winter Sports will be out today so things will be a bit crazy later in the afternoon. If you want to see an amazing sight, make time in your day to ski around the perimeter and check out the fields full of kindergartners to seniors, all skiing to their heart’s content.
Speaking of skiing to one’s heart’s content, our very own Elijah Weenig put in a great performance in Michigan in the recent national championships. Read all about it in this detailed report.
Today at Trail Creek we have had some equipment issues. We’re hoping that it is a minor problem, but the Pisten Bully was not able to groom today. Overnight we picked up a couple of inches of snow with some pretty good drifting in spots around the field. The result of grooming today was that the fields and Woolsey Woods received rolling and Ginzu grooming. Ginzu classic tracks were also place on all the groomed trails. Skiing will be a little soft but you should still be able to have a good time.

The trails continue to groom out well each morning but may likely become drifted over in areas as a new winter storm is expected over the weekend. Anticipate breezy to very windy conditions on Friday and especially Saturday. Calmer weather should persist on Sunday. Bundle up!

We groom the track on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
