Grooming Updates

Trail Creek Nordic

The entire trail network was set for the final time on Monday; skiers should be able to keep skiing on the forest for some time.  Today is the final day of the International Spring Series and the season.

Shooting Star

The final week for Nordic skiing is here. Trail coverage is still strong, and we hope to keep all trails open through our last day this Sunday, April 6th. Conditions pending, daily grooming will continue to occur until closing. Weather looks good with colder weather and off/on snow showers through Thursday. Spring profile: icier during the AM and softer in the PM. Enjoy!

Adventure Skiing – The Lakes Edition

With fewer groomed trail options now is a great time to go for an adventure ski or snowshoe! While the following article was written for February of last year there is valuable information for planning an off trail excursion in the coming days.

Plowing Update

The road in Grand Teton National Park is plowed and clear to the exit of the one-way, just north of the Jenny Lake complex. If you are on the road (walking or with a bike) please give a wide berth (500 feet or more!) to any snow clearing operations. Also look for signage on the road for any additional directions. For more information please visit the park roads website.

Keep Getting Outside!

Whether biking or skiing, walking or boating, keep on getting out there this spring!
