Winter storm watch in effect Tues. through Weds. Article from Buckrail.The National Weather Service (NWS) office in Riverton, Wy., has issued a winter storm watch for western Wyoming, in effect from Tuesday morning, Jan. 9, through Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 10.
