Hagen and Hagen Highway were groomed Wednesday night and Lower Ferrins and River trail this week as well.  They are pretty darn solid with the sub zero temps firming things up over night.

Skier Feedback – Taggart to Jenny

We went out on the Taggart – Jenny trail yesterday. It was wonderful to have a trail that is maintained for everyone from skate to snowshoe. We want to go back after you groom on Friday when it will be clear and we can see the Tetons-pretty excited for such a beautiful sight. -Leslie G.
Thanks for your feedback Leslie! For those of you wondering, grooming from Taggart to Jenny begins around 8am and finishes around 11am. We recommend heading out early to get fresh tracks on the outbound side!

Trail Creek Report

It’s Almost Here!

Course Inspection begins at 10 AM Friday morning, and throughout the day nearly 300 youth will be showing up for Saturday and Sunday’s Intermountain Youth Championships.  It is sure to be a spectacular event as these fearless skiers race around the Nordic X skier cross course.  If you have time, spectating surely will not disappoint.

Today at Trail Creek there is a beautiful blue sky hanging over lots of fresh grooming.  Pretty much every trail except for Armin’s received double Pisten Bully passes with fresh classic tracks; Armin’s received a single skate-only pass.  In addition to all the regular trails in the fields, the new additions for race courses also received extensive grooming.

Expect limited grooming in the woods for the next few days as grooming efforts will be focused on the activities for the Youth Competition.  Skiers are welcome in the woods throughout the weekend, and today for sure you will encounter great conditions.

Groomer’s Choice for today is Woolsey Woods.
