Join us for an “everything is free but lunch” day on the trails.

Grooming 14.4 miles (28.8 miles roundtrip) of Nordic site and classic ski trail, 3 days/week, thanks to GTNPF

The first Teton Park Road groom is Friday!

Grand Teton National Park, and the Park’s Foundation, announced they will begin grooming on Friday, January 9th.

Grooming the Teton Park Road is a group effort. Clearly the GTNP team manages the entire park. Thank you for managing GTNP in a way that allows skiers, walkers and snowshoers to enjoy the groomed road experience!

The Grand Teton National Park Foundation raises the money (somewhere in the neighborhood of $60k) to pay for grooming the road three times a week. Bushong Properties is physically out in the PistenBully grooming, often in the early dark hours of winter. And JH Nordic Alliance raises money to provide the tech and access to Nordic Pulse to make the grooming visible to everyone.

Similar to last year, grooming will be on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Grooming is most often first thing in the morning. Track conditions can be stable for days during high pressure, and can change / deteriorate quickly in storms.

The snow is still thin so expect early season conditions on Friday – and enjoy  your ski in this magnificent place!

Raffle goes live at five, Wednesday 1.7.26
