XC Field Report – Kelly Warm Springs


The crust was not quite as predictable above Kelly Warm Springs but the skiing was still nice. Probably found three or four soft spots in an hour and a half of skiing. Beautiful sunset, and a solitary bull elk hanging out around the warm spring.

Intermountain Youth Championships Day 2!

Racing continues today at Trail Creek with today’s schedule below. Results from yesterday and today can be found at Sportstats USA.

Members are once again welcome to ski in the woods although conditions could be a bit rustic today with the ongoing storm.

Sunday February 24th:

· 10 a.m. Classic mass start youngest to oldest. U8- U16

· BBQ and awards following the race


Turpin Meadow Ranch Grooming Report

Many folks who skied today said town was cold and cloudy, they were happily surprised by the sunshine we enjoyed up here most of Saturday. Keep that in mind when planning your Nordic outing, there is a good chance the weather is a bit different here at Turpin. Currently the snow is lightly falling. The groomer will be out early on Sunday making perfect trails for YOU!
