We connect, inspire, and inform our community and visitors to enjoy Jackson Hole and Teton Valley winter trails responsibly—to share the trails, respect wildlife, and plan and prepare for every adventure.
JHNordic publishes real-time information and curates resources so you can access information on Nordic/cross-country ski and winter trails, trail maps, grooming, and places to explore and have fun via human-powered recreation all in one place. We bring you local expertise and focus on sustainable, inclusive, responsible winter trail recreation.
Jackson Hole, Teton Valley, and Grand Teton National Park offer endless possibilities for winter trail recreation—cross-country skiing, fat biking, snowshoeing, walking your dog, and trail running. The trails are easily accessible, everyone is welcome to use them and there is something for everyone to enjoy: machine-groomed skate and classic track skiing, skier-tracked trails for touring, machine-groomed single-track for fat biking, hard-packed forest service roads for multiple-use travel, and untracked backcountry trails. Winter is a beautiful time to explore the Greater Teton Region, whether for solitude, a social outing, a work-out, or discovery.

The JH Nordic Alliance works with community partners such as Grand Teton National Park Foundation to contribute to community-sponsored funding for Nordic trail grooming from Taggart trailhead to Signal Mountain.
